Terms of Service – SMMClub
1. Description of Service
SMMClub provides digital marketing services, including social media promotion such as followers, likes, views, and engagement services. All services are delivered digitally and do not involve physical products.
2. How the Purchase Process Works
To place an order:
- The customer must create an account.
- The customer adds funds using the available payment methods.
- The customer selects a service and submits an order by providing the required link or username.
- Orders are processed automatically or manually depending on the service.
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be edited or canceled if it has already started processing.
3. Delivery of Services
Delivery times vary depending on the service and demand.
Important:
- Delivery times shown are estimates only.
- Some services may start instantly, while others may take hours or days to begin.
- Delays may occur due to social media platform updates or technical issues.
Customers can track their order status inside their dashboard.
4. Access to the Service
Customers access the service through their account dashboard, where they can:
- Submit orders
- Track order progress
- Contact support
- View transaction history
5. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
Eligible cases:
- Order not started after a reasonable time
- Service unavailable
- Technical failure preventing delivery
Not eligible:
- Order already completed
- Processing orders
- Customer entered incorrect link or username
- Changes in social media algorithms
Refund method:
Approved refunds are issued as account balance unless otherwise agreed.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the order.
6. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have started processing.
If an order has not started, customers may request cancellation by contacting support.
Accounts may be closed at any time by contacting support.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide correct order information
- Use services in compliance with social media platform rules
- Not misuse or abuse the platform
We are not responsible for:
- Account suspensions
- Content removal
- Platform policy changes
8. Support and Response Time
Support is available via:

Average response time:
Within 24–48 business hours.
9. Service Guarantees and Drops
Some services may experience drops due to the nature of social media platforms.
If a service includes a refill guarantee, refills will be provided according to the service description.
10. Pricing Policy
Prices may change at any time without notice. Orders placed before a price change will not be affected.
11. Limitation of Liability
SMMClub is not liable for:
- Loss of revenue
- Account suspensions
- Platform changes
- Indirect damages
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers are responsible for reviewing them periodically.
