Refill is the automatic replacement we activate when a service experiences a drop in followers, likes, or any delivered metric. You're entitled to request refill within 30 days after your order is delivered, as long as the conditions are met.
You can request a refill when the service has a drop between 10% and 15% (depending on the service type). For example, if you ordered 1,000 followers and they dropped to 850, you can request the replacement. If the drop is smaller, wait a few more days before requesting it.
Services without warranty (no "Refill" badge) don't include replacement. This is clearly stated for each service before purchase. If you choose one without warranty, you accept that we cannot replace any subsequent drops. We always recommend choosing services with active refill for peace of mind.
We don't recommend ordering more than one similar service to the same link without completing the first one. For example, if you ordered 1,000 Instagram followers and it's still processing, wait until it finishes before ordering more. If you do it simultaneously, the platform's algorithms may flag your account as suspicious and the warranty is voided.
If you place a second order for the same service before the first is complete, both orders may slow down or be partially canceled. Additionally, you lose the refill right on the first order because the metrics get mixed and we can't verify the actual drop. Always wait for the "Completed" confirmation before placing another order on the same link.
Yes. For services to work correctly, your Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or whatever platform account must be public throughout the order delivery and the 30 days after (warranty period). If you make the account private, the system can't deliver and the warranty is automatically voided.
No. If you change your username, make the account private, delete the post, or modify anything related to the link you used for the order, the warranty becomes void. The system needs to access the same original link to verify the drop and process the refill.
Most orders start in under 5 minutes and complete between 30 minutes and 24 hours depending on the service and quantity. Some premium services with gradual delivery (drip-feed) can take 2 to 7 days, which is better for natural-looking growth.
Only if the order is in "Pending" status. Once it changes to "Processing", it's already being delivered and can't be canceled. We recommend reviewing the link and quantity carefully before confirming the order.
